RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Customers outside the UK: Items must be marked as 'returned goods' on all customs documents as well as the front of the package. Without this, the customer may be liable for customs charges upon re-entry to the UK *

 

UK RETURNS 

Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund. Please allow up to 10 working days from the receipt of your returned package, for the refund to be processed.

Items are returned at the buyers own cost. You may use any service of your choice, but we suggest choosing something tracked or insured for your own protection. The How Lovely are not liable for any loss on the return posting of goods and will not be able to chase lost packages.

Inside the return package you will need to enclose a note (or the original invoice/confirmation email sent to you on purchase) with your name and order number.

All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition. Items returned damaged, in damaged packaging will not be eligible to be returned and as a result will not be refunded.

The item needs to be returned clean and undamaged and in a resalable condition, otherwise we are unable to give you a refund for the item/s.

All goods must be carefully packaged appropriately.  

Please note we only accept returns via post or courier we cannot accept them in person.


UK EXCHANGES

We do not offer any exchanges.

Due to the nature of our product, that they are limited edition and the very small scale of our business, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a purchased item in a different item, please return the item as per the instructions above and re-order the one you would like in it's place, Buyer pays returns postage but we offer free deliver to the UK.

PLEASE RETURN ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS ON THE INVOICE/ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILED TO YOU ON PURCHASE AND INCLUDE A COPY OF THIS IN YOUR RETURNS PACKAGE.

​We do not offer exchanges for any orders placed outside the UK.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

​Please check all your items as soon as you receive your order. If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please email us immediately on sally@sallyannebolton.com with a clear photo of the item, your name and order number as well as a clear description of the issue. Please do email us on sally@sallyannebolton.com before posting anything back should this be the case. We are unable to cover return costs where no contact has been made prior to the return. We sincerely want you to love and enjoy the garments you have purchased from us and we will make every effort to help you.

 

RATES OF EXCHANGE & BANK FEES

The How Lovely is based in the UK and our customers are charged in GBP. Customers overseas will be charged conversion fees either by their Bank or payment provider. When an order is cancelled or an item is refunded, the refunded amount may vary due to varying rates of exchange, as well as banks taking fees for exchanging currency. The How Lovely does not benefit from any additional money, however customers may receive less than the money they paid due to these reasons. If in any doubt, please contact your payment provider.
